Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

How to Cancel

Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched. If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, it may result in:

Temporary or permanent suspension of Cash on Delivery (COD) option for future orders
Possible account restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or description errors on the website
Payment or address verification failure
Delivery location is unserviceable
