Refund and Return Policy

At Innovatechmart, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for electronics such as mobile phones, laptops, and accessories.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with sealed packaging as in original packaging
Non-returnable Items
- Products that show signs of usage, software activation, or tampering
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
- Opened accessories such as earphones, power banks and smart watches etc.
- Items without original packaging, manuals, or invoice
Return Request Window
You must initiate the return within:
- 5 calendar days of receiving the product
- Return requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@innovatechmart.com
- Provide your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
- Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue (in case of damage or defect)
Once approved, our team will coordinate the pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Inspection & Approval
- Returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team.
- If the product is confirmed eligible, a refund or exchange will be processed.
- If the product fails the return conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund.
Refund Process
- Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- You will be asked to provide accurate refund details after return approval
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection
- We do not provide cash refunds at the time of pickup or delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
- If available, you may request an exchange instead of a refund for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
